I don't think it will be considered overrated. The first Uncharted was a fun game. It was a little rough around the edges and the reviews pointed that out. So far the reviews seem to point to a much improved sinlge player campaign with the added co-op and multiplayer modes. So the score should be up from the original.
I was up in the air on whether or not to buy this day one. After reading how good the campaign is I can't wait to get my hands on it.
