Perpendicular functions have a slope (the number that's multiplying the x) that multiplied by the other fuction's slope is equal to -1
Therefore, the perpendicular equation would be y=-1x/5 + b, with b depending on which point you want it to pass
Paralell lines have the same slope, but different independent term, again, it depends for which point it should pass
I don't know what's your trouble, find the equation you need and graph it. Or you can't find the equation you need?
