2012 we should expect the next GT game? If Sony is smart they'll have GT6 ready as a launch title for the PS4. Hell that alone would propel them to first place early on Next Gen

Assuming there IS a PS4.

And why wouldn't there be? My God There are still people like you out there.....

Only Way To Describe How Idiotic Your Statement Was

okay now I love Sony too, but he has a point. Sony has lost a shit load of money on PS3. I mean I would expect a PS4 but its no guarantee.

This will cut the legs short on GT5 if GT6 comes out. I think a few 15 million + predictions need to be readjusted.

can't wait

GT6 to launch with FF15 confirmed?

All hail the KING, Andrespetmonkey

so ill wait for GT6 then XD.. jk jk

if there's a PS4....LMAO

Gamecube sold less than PS3 & see where nintendo is right now

SONY won't give up....even if PS3 never makes them a profit

this company is relentless.....if they still continue their flop VAIO brand......they can Still continue the most powerful video game brand on the planet, Playstation

Why would GT6 be any faster to develop? I hope they continue with the strategy to only release one Gran Turismo in each generation (with a GT prologue as a teaser between the main games).

If GT5 is as good as it looks, it would feel awkward and unceccesary to see another Gran Turismo on the same game engine.

There's only so much you can do with a car game, and car game series that come out every or every two years are shovelware (Need for Speed, Gofam Racing, Colin McRay etc).

It's better that they take their time - 5-6 year for each game and make them incredible. I want GT6 to be on the PS4.

This.

GT5 has enough quality, enough cars, enough tracks and enough options to last this gen.

GT6 as a launch title for the PS4 should be what Sony and PD now focus on. And in between that time, PD should also be able to make GT2 a very decent launch title for the PSP2.

Lol Great....how about you just give us GT5?

I think GT6 this gen(which would continue the 2 GT games per gen trend), and GT7 launch game for next gen. They can begin work on GT7 whenever they want and work on both games simutaneously.

What YOU said is pretty thought out, and non inflamatory. pterodactyl, unfortunately, would have said something to that effect regardless. Check his post histroy. Pretty sad IMO...

What difference does it make if I don't sugar coat what I have to say? If you think Chairman-Mao makes a valid point, and I make the same point, doesn't that mean I make one too?

Gamecube didn't make Nintendo hemorrage money the way the PS3 has (and the PSP Go very well may) for Sony. And continuing a flop brand is a horrible business decision, no matter how relentless and gutsy it may make a company look.
