Anybody who plays Altered Beast, Golden Axe, and Sonic 2 and then says everything by Sega sucks needs to be kicked straight in the nuts.

Altered Beast was terrible. But I agree on Golden Axe. Great game.

It does sound like that. My friends and I still quote that line constantly. It never gets old. That and "Okay, gooooooooo!!!" from Captain America and the Avengers.

The Genesis really had some great games and the voice bits never failed to amuse.

People like you are the reason that I and others wanted seperate forums.  It's idiotic posts like that one that makes it difficult to actually discuss a topic.  The only annoying part is that you're allowed to post your crap in the Sony and Microsoft forums so even if this topic was moved to the Microsoft forum we'd still have to read your nonsense.  If you were on Neogaf you would have been banned long ago (and a ban there means that even if you make up another account it can still take weeks or months to be able to actually get it confirmed for posting), unfortunately for whatever reason your disruptive postings are allowed here.

Same here, I'm not sure if it was the sound effect or the way the character froze for a second when you hit them, but there was something satisfying about hitting them 2-3 times and watching them fly through the air.

The original Golden Axe was too easy though, if they could ratchet up the difficulty and make a wider range of enemies the next one could be an amazing game.
