Translation, he's barely played any of them (and those are a LOT of games). I used to be like that, about ten years ago, until I actually played some of the games by Sega.
A flashy-first game is awesome when it comes out. A great-first game is awesome forever.

This would be incredible. Last time i checked Contra 4 is going to be for the DS if that means anything to you rocketpig. I would like to see it get a next gen treatment but that would have to wait. While they are at it make a new Streets of Rage or even Turtles in Time! hey I can dream can't I!
Golden Axe was a good game - had heaps of fun playing it years past. Nice to see all these old titles make a comeback :)

The Genesis was one of the best consoles ever. Golden Axe, Shining Force, Shinobi, Streets of Rage. Ahh the memories.....
I was really surprised they didnt revive some of their big franchises with a nex-gen makeover for the Dreamcast, I think it would have helped alot.

They already tried to give Contra a next gen treament.

The original Golden Axe is on XBLA for anyone who wants to find out more... It is starting to feel like a revival of the 80's and 90's now...
