Really? What a strange blog post. I don't think any but a tiny handful of folks will be suprised when Wii ends up being the top selling console this holiday season. The only thing that will beat it is the DSi.
It's good that the PS3 is selling so well though. The more PS3/Xbox360/Wii/DS systems that sell, the better it is for me.

in my area the new slim is total out selling the other consoles.
there are ton;s of wii's and 360's
the new 299 and slim is a bigger deal then the 360 priced the same

It definately hasn't been in a problem here in NA sales are of course up but they definately are not selling ahead of demand.
they are selling ahead of demand here in canada. Walmart and EB(Gamestop) cannot keep it stocked. that being said, outselling the 360 on any week in NA is a massive accomplishment for the PS3, especially considering its had no new software to speak of since its launch.
Now PS3 is 15th or something on Amazon. I think thats about where the Fat used to be.
Doesn't look good for PS3 sales.
