Oh, how I HATED that first rancor.

"Okay, I got this, I got this, I....am dead. He did how much damage?!"

"Okay, I've got the poison. There's the corpse. How do I put it on the corpse? I don't see any comma...oh never mind, I'm dead again."

"ALRIGHT YOU TWO-BIT SONUVA YELLABELLIED SIDEWINDER, EAT MY GODDAMNED GRENADES! YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARGH!!!!!

"...how did that possibly work...?"

Plus you don't know how many to hide in that corpse pile.

Throwing is worth the extra EXP i think.

It's worth losing the grenades just to retain your sanity. It was only on my third playthrough that I figured out how to do the quest "properly." I'm slow.

So whats this then? I have never heard of it

It's a restoration mod: the original game was rushed and had a ton of stuff cut out as a result, especially in the end game. This mod restores much (although not all) of that content.

In KotOR2 guns are a much more viable weapon line because of the upgrade system and improved distance feats - Hell, you can actually go hand-to-hand in that game too - but in a few more hours you might end up abandoning guns anyway.

No way! Mira with twin blasters (especially Freedon Nadd's blasters...) is second only to The Exile, even in the late game. With the added feats and abilities, KOTOR II makes guns useful even at the end of the game.

Well I meant that he'd abandon them in KotOR1, where they are never, ever great.

A likely story.

So.... so likely it's true!?

Well, it sound likely to be true...

Let's just agree to say this is a matter where truthiness prevails.

FINE

I'm a Consular anyway, I don't even NEED guns

Or lightsabers

"I can beat you with the power of my mind, man."

Sentinels FTW, by the way. I take Kreia's lessons to heart, and learn to do things without using the crutch that is the Force. It makes half my party obsolete, though...

I bet that is pretty nice, but I like walking into the last level and using Insanity and two Force Storms to wipe out 20-30 enemies in three turns without taking a hit.
