^Right spin or not I see this stuff in my everyday life. Especially on this particular issue. Ive met people who have obama plates,t shirts, portraits on their walls, and sneakers... yes they make obama sneakers.

I cant even watch tv at the gym while I run without seeing a tv ad about buying obama coins and if you call in now we will give you this free obama calendar. Sounds like an odd form of people worship to me, no spin about it.

It's not worship - it's making a quick buck off Obama's image. Shoot, all over the world, people are doing it.

I will say this - in black American's homes around the country - especially the greatest generation homes - you'll see JFK pictures and the like. I can also recall seeing Jimmy Carter and Bill Clinton pictures in their homes as well. Mostly, it's JFK. Now, it's Obama.

I don't have a problem with kids doing this in school. What I do have a problem is that the freedoms of expression are entirely determined by the ideologies and affiliations of the school. If the same thing was done at a public school and had 'Jesus' or 'Allah' in them, they'd get sued by dozens of organizations because of the promotion of a specific deity or affiliation.

We have separated religion from schools, but not political ideologies. Am I the only one that thinks this is hypocritical?

I have video on my cell phone of my daughter singing Christmas carols with her class.  Even though I enjoyed the program, can I sue?  I always wanted to sue something.

Yes you can. We've had many schools force Christmas programs to close due to specific carols and the like.

Obama's indoctrinating your children so that when they're fully grown, working citizens in about 10-20 years, he'll be able to benefit from it as president.

This is horrible. In 8-10 years when these kids can vote, they'll have been brainwashed by these teachers to vote Obama in for his third or fourth term in office. Absolutely despicable.
