So I guess that means no WSR bundle in NA.

I still don't understand why anyone even considered the possibility that there would be. It makes absolutely no sense to pack a game in with the system when it's still selling millions. Those stand alone copies bring in far more money than they would packed in and they wouldn't increase demand by enough to recover lost revenue potential. It would just be idiotic from a business stand-point.

I guess, ultimately, if they'd bundled WSR, it would have been at the 250$ price point, which is the same now as Wii + WSR anyhow.

Wasn't it the current Japanese pres stating they didn't want to lower prices due to costumers feeling they are getting ripped off? "this is a move to expand the market and not do to economic or competition". I can buy the competition line, but something is fishy.

They should bundle something cool like Prime Trilogy or Galaxy. When's the last time Nintendo had a really awesome bundle outside of Japan? Had good ones during the cube era all the time.

I don't think it's idiotic to bundle WSR in with the Wii since Nintendo want people to pick up Wii M+ and most of the millions buying the game at the moment are already Wii owners anyway.

They're bundling Sports Resort with the console in the UK, but not in the rest of Europe or NA. It'll be interesting to see how much of an effect these bundles and price cuts have on sales. They also seem to be gearing up Motion Plus promotion with that Resort bundle (2 M+) and with M+ included with the console in the UK.
