No surprise about Forza being more realistic.
In game track times are closer to reality with Forza then in GT.

It's as the other guy said, because GT is the best racer around, at the time. If Forza brought so many new things to the table, it would've scored even higher.

I'm going to wait on reviews of the final products. Come on, you guys should know better than to compare one game that has gone gold and another that is 65% finished.

Graphics aside, I'm pretty sure it is true.
The telemetry of Forza are very impressive ! I just played the demo and loved it.

The game feels a bit more agressive than GT5 Prologue but never feel like an arcade game.

Still, I don't think that a clear winner will ever emerge from the two.
After all, those two games are aiming at the same results.

indeed, especially because it has been in development twce as long as Forza 3 and according to this guy at least is not as good, makes you think doesn't it.

I reckon once both games are out there it will be a wash.

Forza will push the physics envelope and GT5 will push the how many Cars and Tracks can an enthusiast need envelope.

If you only have one console then buy your respective world class Racing Sim.

If you have both then you have a BIG DECISION to make.

I don't understand how GT5 can only be 65% complete, but only need 6 more months to complete over a third of the game? It's taken 5 years for the first not quite two-thirds, now the last thrid only takes 6 months? It just doesn't add up for me.

Well, why don't we give PD the benefit of the doubt for now?
