Report states a 20 percent cut in the US and Japan

Could we see a Wii sales jump ?

"However, the firm said the the ultimate cost for UK customers would be "determined by retailers themselves"."

even though the launch price was £179, many retailers sell it for £199.. so if the "recommended" price drops, what good is it gonna do if a lot of retailers dont wanna drop their prices?

that said, i know that once ONE retailer drops it, more follow suit to keep business so maybe its a good thing and we'll get a rush of price drops?

i hope so. thanks for posting this :D

Yeah for the UK the picture seems uncertain but a 20 percent drop in the states sounds pretty good.

Lord knows what they cost in the states tho.

i think it used to be $249, which is £153.76 according to a currency converter. so if they get a 20% drop it'll be... $200? which is £123.54.
