that's too bad. i was really looking forward to it's release this year.

i hope it's a world wide launch. i'd be really irked otherwise (unless, of course, it gets release in NA first).

GT5 not being available this holiday season is a major blow for Sony. Can Uncharted 2 be enough to compete against Wii SMBW and 360 ODST, L4D 2 and Forza 3? Time will tell.

atleast now i have more time to play uncharted 2, MW2, AC2, etc. lol

This really evens the playing field for exclusives this holiday. Everything got pushed until 2010 for both Sony and Microsoft.

So without question Sony's biggest exclusive holiday title is Uncharted 2.
Man they would have murdered if GT came out this holiday, riding the wave of the slim, it would have been a blood bath.

Sony always does this, releases what is arguably their best game of the year not during a holiday period. MGS, Killzone, Now your pride and joy GT?

I wouldn't be surprised if the game got pushed till October 2010 in the U.S.

Seems like a few people have some crow to eat as many on here were practically guaranteeing that it would be out this year.

Big blow for Sony fans but it will help to sustain some momentum for them in the new year.

well now I am thinking about picking up a 360+ forza..... March god damn sony!!!!

To be honest I didn't realize this news will upset that many PS3 fans.  i don't care really because I wasn't going to purchase Forza 3 or GT5 anyways.

I don't see GT5 selling 10 million copies anymore.
