Well, for those who are interested in motion control, just buy a Wii; there's already three years worth of titles on the system and this Natal thing has a ball game and it is no where near release - You get golf, bowling, tennis, boxing, and baseball with the Wii. It now only costs 199$USD.

Well all you can buy at the moment is a Wii. I don't understand your point. Of course there's only the paint demo, ball game and Burnout Paradise at currently. It hasn't been released yet.
But if you do need something to tide you over and want to try motion controls get the GameTek 360 motion contro... a Wii. It will pass the time.
