First of all, I'm appalled that people think a 7/10 'sucks'.

Second, have you read our review of TMNT?

Didn't you get the memo, any game below 90 is FFF quality, anything above AAA, anything landing exactly on 90 will have it's qualtiy decided by a rock paper scisors contest, best 2 out of 3 wins

you sir get a maelspoint redeemable for maelstrome merchandise at any participating retailer.

since when was 7.5 a bad rating?

ill be buying spyborgs. i dont really care about tmnt though. i was never really a fan of the franchise.

as far as numbers go, they are meaningless as people dont grade by an actual criteria. ign gave baroque a 5.4 and i enjoy that game quite a bit and still play it.

Well, tell us about the game later, then!

I loved baroque too. Got it from a friend. But after some time i had a feeling i was being cheated on... that there was no reason on all that stuff!

ppl need to pull there head out of there ass's..A 7 IS GOOD..nothing wrong with it if it was nything below a 7 then u can complain

Spyborgs had a interesting concept when it was revealed. A funny game that made fun of sunday cartoons with giant fishes singing in a huge river of poo, a DJ atacking bad guy with his music and colorful designs but gamers complain about it and Capcom turned it into a generic action game with dark enviroment.

I don't care much about TMNT they were cool back when I was at Elementary school, plus no classic April O'Neal yellow jumper suit no sale.

I'm more interested in A boy and his Blob, Uncharted 2, Demon's Soul, Kingdom Hearts 328/2 and maybe Extraction.

I have the same feeling about spyborgs. It could have been a great game, but fell for the "gritty enviroment" cheap trick.

Do you remember when the developers said they were trying specific levels/characters for each add-on, like Balance Board or Wii motion plus? yeah, all that cool stuff got nixed and what was left was a button masher. Yay for innovation!

I'm interested in Spyborgs, I don't care if it's not original or something, it's been a while since I played a "Final Fight" type of game and with multiplayer option.

I was interested in TMNT but after reading VGChartz and IGN reviews I'm confused about the controls, if it's exactly the same thing as Smash Bros with simple combos I won't buy it.... maybe when the price drops.

and judging by your avatar i would say you loved shadowrun for the snes. anyway baroque is a great example that you cant judge a game solely by a number. i know how you feel. baroque is a game that you sometimes feel like you arent going anywhere.still a great game though.

"8.2 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Smash-Up"

Sounds like a fantastic game to me. Plus I like TMNT and SSBB so it is win-win. ST4 is too hard. So, as for best fighting game last year, Wii had it. And this year, so far, Wii has it again. It is the fighting game machine, or so it seems.

Nothing wrong at all with 70's and 75's.

This game is awesome! I love it! Check out it's aggregated score.

I think it is impossible for IGN to review higher than a 10.

As i said before (and i really expected you to have read it), that depends.

Take an innovative 7.0 game. You play it because it have something new and cool. Even if the implementation turns out to be a little buggy or repetitive, you still have some fun out of the new stuff.

But when you have an OLD game, released as new, like spyborgs, and all it gets is a 7.0, you have no reason to pick it up.

Are you willing to spend 50 bucks on a brawler with nothing new on it?

Man, if the game had at least motion plus support, i could maybe buy it. But a 50 bucks button masher? Dont we have streets of rage already on the VC?
