No I wasn't, and our vote came after the abduct vote came in. I assume WoW used whoever sent the PM to determine who acted as the killer before we started specifying. There was nothing like the relief that came from knowing no one suspected invisible making her the perfect hit-girl.

Double lynches seem a bit weird. I never realized just how powerful they could be until the mafia got a bit behind in this game. Just something to keep in mind for future games. If they manage to become an effective weapon against the mafia during late games then it might be good to just to put a moratorium on them. Then again the mafia can work around it by forcing odd numbers so it might not affect play at all. Just something that caught my eye as a rules laywer.

Once DGC's role was out of the closet you guys should have lynched him. It would have killed us and made it so much harder, but you guys never targeted him once. You should have taken him over zexen, then follow up with zexen. Instead you targeted me then zexen. Because you targeted me, DGC protected me and we ended up with 4 known and 4 unknown players. That is when the game ended. Had you targeted DGC, it would have been 3/4 which would have ended in mafia's favor.

I had thought of that, but there was one problem. You had the ability to stop me from killing Zexen one night but I did not know how. I figured you were bluffing, but knew of at least one new role which was problematic. That would have taken two extra rounds meaning 3 kills and 3 lynches. 3 to 2 known vs unknown at best. At that point it was done. The game got ridiculously complex for mafia that night.

Night 3 could have gone a thousand ways when you start playing it out. All my teeth gnashing over balance aside, the game really was decided that night. I am not certain there was an absolute best path to take. You just had to try and predict what the other 2 roles could do to hinder you, and hope whatever plan works out for the best.

So is there any idea when the next one will start? I imagine after 6B, how close is it to being done?

Well, I wanna wait till 6B finishes, plus, since I'll need a lot of players, I'm waiting more to see how many people are really interested
