Sony Corp.'s Uncharted 2: Among Thieves ranked in the top three sales at a U.S. retailer this week amid strong demand for the action title.
On Tues., Uncharted 2 ranked as the No. 3 best-selling product at Amazon.com's Video Games division.
The title ranked in the top 10 last Fri. and had previously peaked at No. 4.
Uncharted 2 will be released on Oct. 13 to U.S. retail.
Amazon is offering a free bonus treasure map for advanced pre-orders that reveals secret locations of treasures hidden in the game that can be viewed on the PS3
and the PSP handheld.
The title carries a pre-sale price of $56.99.
Sony this week announced the God of War Collection for the PS3.
The God of War Collection will include reworked versions of God of War and God of War II on a single Blu-ray disc.
Both titles will carry a resolution of 1280 x 720 and a yield 60 frames-per-second graphics engine.
God of War Collection carries a pre-order price of $36.99.
Sony in Aug. announced the new PS3 Slim model, a smaller and lighter version of the hardware.
It includes a 120GB hard drive and built-in Blu-ray disc player for $299.99.
