Looks like fan art made by a twelve year old withouth a talent

And Mega Man (Retardo Man?) looks a bit unbalanced, how is he supposed to beat Dr Wily walking like he craped his pants, damn. Since when did he detach hus gun from his arm, and why the hell is he yellow? This doesn't make any sense at all.

The reason to my reaction is that I never seen that cover before, in Europe we got something ... in one way ... less ridicoulus, maybe.
