Well, yeah... I've like SEGA, and Sony... I've had a Genesis (4 of them, 2 working), Saturn, a PSX, a Dreamcast (4 of them, 2 working) and PS2 (2 of them). Back in those days, I was young, I didn't hate any console based specifically on who made it. I didn't hate Super Nintendo, it was something different to me, that I played every once in a while when I visited my counsin, and she had power rangers, and I loved power rangers back then, so that made it so much better... And, honestly, after my Genesises kept breaking, I was getting tired of getting the same system all the time. I wanted something different. Never happened, but, if I'd gotten a SNES instead of a Genesis, I would have been very happy.
I'd owned the Saturn... I'm not sure if I'd owned it at the same time as the PSX, or not, but, for timeframe's sake, I had Jumping Flash 1, and 2. I also had virtua cop, and virtua fighter on saturn. Again, I didn't hate either one. If anything, I do remember not liking the L, R shoulder buttons because they were so hard to push with my little hands.
I've just gown up with both, and I liked them both. 360 is the only console for me to ever own that I truly hate.
But, yeah, I'm aware that sony does have some reason for what happened to sega. Do I care? No, I don't own SEGA, why should I care? If they go out of business one day... bye-bye, sega, it was fun. But, hating a console based on who designed it is pretty stupid. If you love sega so much, you can either continue to buy only the systems they've made, which are all 10 years and older, or, you can do like SEGA, and get friendly with Sony.
Think of this as Sony apologizing for screwing sega up if you're going to put so much thought and hatred into it.
