Actually, he didn't.  He made two comments about the PS3:

1. One talking about 90+ games which aren't what this thread is about.
2. Another talking about how he is usually the defender of the PS3.

Leave the PS3 out of this thread. The console wars do not need to be brought into every thread.  You can either drop the console war bullshit or prepare to get warned/banned because it just isn't needed in this thread.

If you want to make a thread praising the 89 rated PS3 games go right ahead and I'll tell the people saying fuhuh the 360 has good 89 rated games too and is better to GTFO too.

And I'm glad a thread like this is made though I would love to draw the line below 89 even.  Just because a game isn't a 90+ doesn't mean it's not good and those 70-90 need more highlights to get people to play them!

And I'm not upset that the PS3 is being mentioned, I don't really care that people are pointing out certain games are on the PS3 too or that the PS3 also has a lot of 89 games, it's just mainly the console way comments that completely derail the thread are the kind of comments I'm getting upset at.  Everyone knows exactly which ones I'm talking about.

why is it so hard to give some praise to another console, i am confident enough that all consoles offer their userbase terrific games, I don't want toi celebrate that 10 years from now, lets enjoy these gifts. My intentions were to show that we care so much 90 plus games that we ignorethat there are great number that that in the 80's too.

Online matters to me when it comes to various new and classic games.

I would be lost without online for Virtua Fighter 5 (Must boot it up again soon)

I would also be lost without Online for Virtua Tennis 3 (Seem as it owns Virtua tennis 2009 in the online and popularity department).

and despite there been Smackdown v Raw 2008 & 2009 editions available, i think Smackdown v Raw 07 online owns both easily.

My Subscription to live is worth every penny, and the amount of games that have online co-op or multiplayer is simply astounding, Hell, if games don't have co-op they often have leaderboards or some form of online element.

The amount of xbox arcade games that are available and also offer online multiplayer is astonishing too.

Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3 And Streets of Rage 2 having Online co-op or Verses matters immensly to me too.

Most of them are multiplats.

It's shocking to me when people just seem to "realize" that the 360 has a great library. XBLA alone...I mean jeez.
