I think that everybody is crazy if they think that Pikmin has a zero% chance of out selling GOW3! I mean its not the PS2. If you think about it every game that did well on the PS2 its sequel sold way less than its previous game while all of the wii sequels are outselling thire GC games. I predict:

GOW3 = 2.7Million
Pikmin3 = 6.3Million

Nintendo's more esoteric franchises have not experienced much growth, with the Wii, though we mustn't underestimate EAD's ability to re-invigorate their games now.

It'll probably be close, in terms of lifetime sales.

I say this because Wii is still selling at 180K every week with no new games to make sales go up.

Wii Fit Plus and New Super Mario Bros Wii with a pricecut and new colors would make it sell way more than it already is.

I have a feeling that Nintendo will promote Pikmin hard and if it gets motionplus it will be huge!

Don't just ignore the power of Pikmin on Wii

I'm not ignoring it, I just think you're grossly overestimating it. If Pikmin 3 broke 3 million, I would be pretty surprised.

Thats a good question to be honest since all PS3 exclusives sale like crap for whatever reason. so im on the fence with this one.

Even if I am going to far with it I still am 100% sure that Pikmin 3 will outsell God Of War3.

Plus Pikmin debuted on the worst selling console of the decade and the controls didn't work to good but with the wii...
