Well, it isn't really all that big of a deal to need help. Not everyone knows how to set everything up. Also, some people set stuff up, but they don't do the best job possible (not put it in surround sound or something). You just need to be smart enough to ask people who are willing to help for free rather than be robbed.

So since you werent smart enough to do this yourself and needed to bring it to someone, you were pissed off they charged you? Its called a service for a reason. If you dont like the price, dont use the service. That or figure it out yourself.
