Likewise, maybe its because i have not played Halo 3 for a while, but Halo 3 ODST has got my blood buzzing.

I'm serious man, I mean it's crazy. I really want this game, I just fully payed it off today too, a couple of hours ago. I'm broke now though, I just preordered that MW2 360 Bundle as well.........

I'll be broke soon too buddy, buying another Dreamcast, N64 and SNES on the retro front and i'm getting a psp to accompany me to my new job (night work can get a little boring).

Still on course to get a ps3 in late 2010 aswell.

We should get a few good tid-bits about the game (not that it matters, it is Halo, and it is Bungie = awesome). Most people have made up there mind about purchasing it (including me).

Great game so far. It has a really subtle tone...ITs not trying to go for "OMG, Teh Best Game EVA! KABOOM!!!" vibe but is treating the gameplay and story with dignity.

I love it...

Songle player campaign should be 8 around hours long if this pacing keeps up.

It isn't like big name sites or magazines don't have there share of fanboy/poor reviews anyway.

Either way, I'd rather not take the opinion of a one-sided or poor reviewing individual. I would (if it mattered to me what reviewers said when determining a purchase of a game) wait for the more credible sources. I don't usually say that, but a 1.5/5, that just has sketchy written ALL over it.

 

Out of curiosity do reviews affect your purchase of -any- game?  They don't mine, I think most of a load of crap to be honest.  I wonder why I even read them, probably to enforce my view that I am right to not pay attention to them.
