At some point in their press conference they had said "Everything from here on out will be Xbox exclusive", and of course, then Kojima walked out and announced Rising.
That caused some confusion

Didn't they say that they had ten games too show. Then showed a couple then said that. Then after they talked about the tenth game they then announced that.

It sounds as if the person who wrote the press release probably altered the text without making all the necessary punctuation corrections or through some other process accidentally created an ambiguous statement. Get over it, people.
Sometimes I feel like I'm in the movie "Conspiracy Theory". Everything has to have some sort of evil motive behind it. Sheesh.
