There really isn't a whole lot of software for the 32X or Sega CD worth releasing. That said, poor quality certainly hasn't stopped any number of releases from occurring up to this point...

I think your screens from Ys must be a PC remake or something; the PCE version looks significantly worse than that graphically. Could be misleading?

it was infact the pc version, but the only screens I could find.

I cant' seem to find any other comprehensive listing of pal virtual console releases, in fact, most seem to suggest their releases are almost identicle to the US's.
