Fran's story is superb as well, shame that most people who played FFXII didn't get it because it was so melded with the overall story of Ivalice and the story of Balthier, that she felt to most players like she was a side character. Penelo and Vaan are one of the most important links to the story of Dalmasca, they are the ones who trully simbolizes the spirit of freedom, struggle and will to fight of the people of Dalmasca.

Me too, I completed the license board for each character and made sure to give an equal number of Espers to my main characters, so they all ended up with 4 espers, except Vaan who had 4+Zodiark.
I didn't specialized my characters in anything, I used them in different strategies as the different situations required ;)
OH, since you're japanese, did you get to play FFXII: Zodiac Job System?
