What do you mean by forced? Yes, it could've been released in May, but Microsoft held it until September to make sell more. Halo fans don't care what this game scores because they're already sold on it. I don't see why the fact that Microsoft held it will have any impact on its sales considering not many people will know that, nor will they care that much.

What exactly are they thinking. That they will harm HALO with a crappy, bogus review???
HALO 3 is being bashed constantly from armies of haters and look where it is...
HALO ODST is gonna receive a looooot of hate.
And (unfortunately for the site's credibility and objectivity) VGChartz is not an exception ladies and gentlemen.
There are millions of people who love or HATE HALO. And my HALO-BIAS detector can see from 10 miles the hate that springs from reviews like that.
Next thing coming up, a GT5 review (before its release date) from a F3 dedicated site...

I went looking for his reviews, this seemed interesting.

The Conduit = 9

iNFAMOUS: 8.5 which if I reviewed the game i would have scored it.

Punch Out= 7.25

The Kid might be on to something folks.

not only is a Wii site reviewing a 360 game, the funnier part is that the original poster is a ps3 fanboy posting a bad review from Wii site for 360's most popular game.

PS360 version of Madden 10 received 8.5
Both the Fallout 3 expansions got an 8
Infamous got 8.5
World of Goo for the Wii only got 8.25

I don' think the reviewers are good, but they certainly aren't biased

Hate to do this.

Halo 3 ODST is already confirmed as a 9-10 hour game.

Halo ODST has more content and replay value than 99% of Wii titles. So 60$ is a bargain. Of course the review is biased. You have to give the biggest title the competition have a low score. Otherwise they wouldn't feel right.

Oh RLY? How long is Halo 3 confirmed as?

Some random kid reviews Halo before its been officially reviewed by any sites or magazines of any credit and it gets 100+ posts?

what i want to know is why embargo it to just before release,every one knows it a hit just look at the pre orders,PS if its rated average does that mean it's going to have the same headlines as gt psp implying the series as lost its status due to average reviews for a spin off game.

I presume you mean a review from a site like IGN or something but IGN isn't special, is just some random joe on the planet giving his opinion on a game, same as this guy.  Neither is more 'right' and certainly neither are 'official'.

You're right there is no real term for "official" I have mine own though (which you can probably already guess)

Sheesh, there will be bad reviews for every game... who cares if some sites rank it lowly? Will it hamper your experience? Seriously, seece, you're beginning to become a bit unbearable all around this forum. The way you're saying this comes across as "ignore all sites, aside from the ones that will probably give it a high rating, because those are the ones I consider official". The way you're dismissing this site, just because it gave this game a low rating, while it has done other reviews just fine, is laughable (especially since you ignore that statement and are basically going "blablabla, i'm not hearing that").
