I agree. If you give people microphones in an FPS, they're just going to revert to childhood form and start cussing

i dont like voice chat in most games. i only like it when you have to register one another before you can chat. sure that makes it more cumbersome but its less bs to deal with later.

FPS are popular among children who think swearing at other players is acceptable conduct. I prefer the option, but I will rarely turn it on. Text chat is my favorite method of in game chat. Counter Strike and Team Fortress taught me how to type.
