2 and 1/2 baths, or 2 full baths (tub, toilet, sink) and 1 half bath (toilet, sink)

Now i'll have a place to stay when drifting through new york :p
congrats on the house
You should get rid of the garage and make a big living room and another bedroom.

It already has a large family room that I intend to setup my 7.1 surround sound in along with a dining room and living room on the first floor. I need the garage for my motorcycle and tools, and it has a full basement that I could convert into anything

Wait you live in NY? I am sooo coming to visit. I'll sleep in the half bathroom!

I'm in the Syracuse area, and sleeping in the half bath is rather creapy.

What about those fun late night bathroom visits? SURPRISE! Ha! Now you don't need the toilet, just a fresh pair of shorts!
| trunkswd said: Congrats, now is the best time to buy a house. However in my area they are still way overpriced. Syracuse is only um totaly guessing 2 hours from me. I live about 30 minutes north of NYC. |
lol, go look on google maps. It is more like 4 hours away unless you hit trafic, then it is 5
House prices aren't too bad in Syracuse. I'm paying ~2x what my parents paid 25 years ago for the same size house. I somehow doubt I'm making 2x as much, but the interest rates back then were way higher than the ~5% I'll be paying.
