The update doesn't change anything. Just fixes freezing on games [Uncharted].

Does it fix the freezing in Uncharted? If so, then consider me the happiest guy on the planet.

1: Option to turn the ticker off

2: Option to either change the color of the Highlight around friends/remove it

3: Possibly put some information such as trophies inside the highlight or expand the character limit of game information to give it a reason to be there to begin with other than to make it easier to read your friend's names if you're blind.

It just came out right now... no one has a list of the changes right now. I'll update when I get it though.

Any news on whether it's not just an uncharted fix?

i bought uncharted, didn't have any freeze with 3.00

my 40gb ps3.

I am happy to report that I can now continue Uncharted after installing 3.01 and that's WITHOUT having to switch the theme back to classic (which only got me so far into the game anyway.) So it looks like I'll get to finish the game before Uncharted 2 comes out.
