Looks like the server updates are taking place. Not sure how long they have been down, but I just tried to log in and couldn't.

It's been down since 1 EST. would guess it woud come back first thing tomorrow.

How does the DRM on these things work? I have an ipod that's getting kind of old - if I got a zune would it be able to play songs from the itunes store?

Zune can sync and transfer any MP3 files, WMA files that you have on your computer. The problem you will run in to is with Itunes which can be a bitch...they say its suppsoed DRM free now but I havent tested it nor do I believe it.  I am pretty sure Itunes does not let you export songs you purchased to MP3 files (to my knowledge atleast). However, there are many 3rd part programs most of which are free that will do this without an issue.

Once your Ipod library is in MP3 format (as it should be so you don't have to use that stupid Itunes program and slow down your whole machine... you can jsut transfer the songs on to your Zune like you would files from folder to folder.

PM me if you want some of those programs that will transfer Itunes songs to hard drive in mp3 format.

i have them in stock, just cant sell it till sept 25th

What about older stuff that I bought before they made everything DRM free?  Do you know if it's retroactive?

Can you pros answer me these questions ? It will determine if I will buy it or not.

Is the Zune marketplace out in Canada?
Is HD radio available in Canada?
It has games like forza 3, but do you think therewill be APPS liek Ipod?

If not, Ipod touch for Christmas!
