Oooh, how long did you google to find that bad boy? I did a quick 30 second google for each keyboard I posted just to give ytou an IDEA of what was out there. Two of the keyboards I showed you are "quet" to reduce fatigue, and have rubberized keys to give the player more control. So I'm sorry, but the other keyboards do give an edge to PC players, be it in key placement, Key feel, or programming. So it is quite clear you know very little about keyboards. Now, as far as the mice go, once again, a mouse that "sees" in a higher DPI will be more ACCURATE than one that "sees" in a lower DPI. that is a very important word. it means that the mice are more controlled and will "move" smoother across your screen. The fact that you don't know this, proves to me that you really don't have a clue what you are saying.
I brought up the graphics to counter your argument, and once again, I was playing along with YOU to prove how absurd your argument was. Please reread my previous posts. I like how you used superior graphics to prove that PCs were better, and then, when called on it, did a 180 and said better graphics are a bad thing.

Nice features and all, but I'm not really seeing how that's going to be oh so amazing for performance. I'm not saying that they can't help, but not in a bad way in which you seem to be making it out to be. In fact, You could easily change out keyboard for controller here.
There's a third party PS3 controller that looks like an Xbox 360 controller and you can also switch the d-pad and left analog stick positions. There's the real triggers for the PS3 controller to make using R2 and L2 more comfortable for people. I believe the new Modern Warfare 2 branded controllers have a button on the back dedicated for melee. Controllers have skins for improved grip. Oh and lets not forget the one that's been there for a very long time, turbo.
Again, I'm using a keyboard from 2003 and can play games well despite the fact that a majority of the keys have smooth surfaces now.

All the features don't have to be "Oh so amazing for performance" they do however give a nice edge to those using them.
Switching out keyboards for controllers is complete fail, most third party controllers are trash, you can only cite one controller for one system that has one customizeable option, as apposed to thousands of keyboards with may reprogrammable keys, macro programming, and key placement changing. Controller skins are very uncomfortable and tend to actually worsen grip as they are usually silicone, which slides over your controller casing. The Turbo is NOT a legit mod as it is hacking. and most attachments for controllers do very little, if anything to gove people an advantage.
Lastly, must I point out that your personal use of an old keyboard means nothing.

It's still something similar in terms offering something on top of basic control. Another example just popped into my head, the FragFX.
My personal use of a keyboard means something, that whether you have a gaming keyboard or not it doesn't really matter. If you really want it (or want to be really extreme about your game playing) then go for it, but you can 'rape' with a standard one without a problem. Now I'm not discounting the nice things they have, but I just feel that along with the other points you tried to make about PC gaming, it was a pointless aspect against PC's.

The FragFX is useless in a normal console game. it gives you absolutely no advantage. The only thing it does is allow PC guys who are scared by the syplicity of a controller, a way to start console gaming. Also, for lynux mods on the consoles.
I guess we can just agree to disagree, because at the end of the day, we are all gamers, our conrolls may be differant, as may our gaming machines, but it is indisputable that we are having fun, playing games. And that is REALLY all that matters.
