I would like for them to beat the Xbox360 just because i don't like MS (i've explained why several times), but as a gamer, if they don't do it, no problem, as long as i get the games i like on my platforms of choice (Wii, PS3, PSP, DS or PC)...

Yeah I definitly noticed this too. It's all 360 fanboys can talk about. PS3 owners are to busy playing great exclusives that we arn't reallt bothered with sales.

Sony is cool. I'm not sure I like the system overall though. Xboxs have a nicer controller, feel tougher.  Something about them just is nicer.  The user interface is cooler too.

 

I have a debate open on Xbox vs PS3.

I kinda want a PS3 but not sure if it's worth the money.  Metal Gear looks cool and they have a few other games. Inf, and Sackboy is always running around tempting me.

Remember 2 things :

- most of them became Xbox fan because media (NA) make it fun to joke about PS3 and/or because the system was too expensive for their pocket

- they were PS fan in the past

- they follow what is fashion : lot of people buying PS3 : is it becoming fashion ? should I go dark side ? is it GT5 the real driving simulator ? Is Unchartred2 the GotY ?

I was going with you until you said the PS3 should beat the Wii too. Yeah, sure, it could come close to the Xbox in a few years, but surpassing the Wii is too unrealistic now. Nintendo has too many surprises that will push Wii sales even further. Nintendo Forever.

You know Nintendo is like the surviving video game company that can make transitions into different generations of gaming.

HAHAHA!! On top. As in, ahead of the Wii!

The Wii is ahead by slightly over 29 million. Last week the PS3 outsold the Wii by 370k An impressive achievement, of course. Even if the PS3 manages to keep up the same rate of outselling the Wii (a frankly ludicrous proposal of course) It would take 79 weeks for the PS3 to outsell the Wii.

I'm sorry, the Wii is so far ahead of the PS3 its not even worth considering
