Because most of the time it isn't the customer. But in this case you are arguinig over the stupidest little thing. It in no way affect your ability to play and enjoy your games. today I got on my PS3 saw the pink(felt a little sad for my missing music) than immediately put in Armored Core. I at no point even thought about playing my Xbox

Because most of the time it isn't the customer. But in this case you are arguinig over the stupidest little thing. IMO, the complaining gets to be annoying after a while. You're entitled to your opinion sure, I just don't agree with it...

Why did you even click on this thread then?

 

When you see a customer at the store, complaing at customer service... do you go up to them and tell them not to complain?

1st Don't be a sexist and say pink is for girls only ( btw I don't like pink)

2nd It's just the user select screen, why should you be bothered that much?

 

Your example of killzone 2 thing is ridiculous, in my opinion.

I just tried to change it and I haven't found a way to do so. It only changes themes when you log in. Despite that, the pink doesn't bother me, in fact I didn't notice it until I read this.
