8/20 PS3 , not bad , but then again only hardcore gamers vote in this poll , so it's not really representative of what all the casuals really want

Famitsu's most wanted list has always been very peculiar. Sometimes the list was virtually PS3 only.

Currently playing: NSMB (Wii)

Waiting for: Super Mario Galaxy 2 (Wii), The Last Story (Wii), Golden Sun (DS), Portal 2 (Wii? or OSX), Metroid: Other M (Wii),
... and of course Zelda (Wii)

The Last Remnant? Peculiar indeed.

It is strange that Mario Galaxy is so low .....specially compared to other Wii games .

Sony has received a good blow with Monster Hunter 3 ,lets hope the exclusive that Capcom is about to announce for the PS3 can in some way repair this harm .

I think you're getting Capcom confused with Square. Unlike Square, Capcom don't give a crap about Sony or PS3 fans. The message from Capcom that you're assuming to be an exclusive game, which it won't be, is far more likely just going to be a DMC4 release date.... Capcom megatons are never going to be megatons for PS3 fans...

Anyway, nice list despite the fact that list doesn't translate into sales.

Why is it that every time, Biohazard and Devil May Cry are only counted for the PS3 and not the 360? Is the voting in this poll console version specific?

I'm a mod, come to me if there's mod'n to do.

Chrizum is the best thing to happen to the internet, Period.

Serves me right for challenging his sales predictions!

Bet with dsisister44: Red Steel 2 will sell 1 million within it's first 365 days of sales.

Japan is so fickle. Remade DQ and FF games over Mario... such an odd country

Predictions for 2009: (Right) (Wrong) (Partial)

Pokemon Gold/Silver DS Japan in September

NES colored Wii and SNES Classic Controler for Christmas

Super Role Bros for Christmas

FF Remakes announced; VII PS3 VIII 360 IX Wii

New Super Mario World November 2009

This list is pretty worthless. Some of the best selling games have never appeared on the list. Other games at or near the top of the list completely bombed in sales.
