I wonder... If you are the doctor, you might not be killed. You could either protect me or yourself (by saying this, I'm hoping that the mafia will be more wary of attacking you and me since there's a decent chance that whoever they pick will be saved). The whole problem is there's a 50% chance that if the mafia targets one of us, they'll get the right one.
