If versus XIII has been in development since 2003, does that mean Versus XV has been in development since 2006?

Both XIII and Versus XIII were being developed for PS2, then PS3 came out. By this ^ report in 2006 the white engine/concept was 80% finished. It's been over 3 years since that.

But here are some thoughts:

1. NSMB Wii will sell tons
2. Wii Fit Plus will sell tons
3. There is no 4 million lead, it is 5.1 million already
4. Dragon Quest X will be Nintendos FF XIII. Remember DQ IX sold 2.3 million first week on DS and the latest version on the PS2 sold the same number in its first week in Japan.
5. A Wii Price cut with Dragon Quest would be overkill

1.NSMB... maybe, I think that most who would've bought a Wii for this game have already bought it for SMG.
2.Wii Fit Plus will sell ton of SW, not HW.

4.Probably, though I think that FFXIII will sell more HW than DQX, simply because there will be less PS3s when XIII releases than Wiis when DQX releases.
5.I don't think that a price cut from 250$ to 200/150 will have that much of an effect on the Japanese market.
