No, just because a console sells better than another one dosen´t mean its doomed its still selling well same thing when last year with ps3.

No Xbox 360 keeps PS3 more competitive and microsoft has alot of money to improve
the Xbox 360 capabilities if it wanted to.

The upcoming late September release of Halo 3:ODST will see the 360 outsell the PS3 again for a couple of weeks worldwide. Halo 3:ODST has 1 million pre-orders alone for American region + half a million more pre-orders outside of America for Halo 3:ODST. Halo 3:ODST should easily sell over 3 million copies in its first sales week and 5 million copies+ ltd sales.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 XBox 360 version which releases November has 1 million pre-orders and it should outsell the lifetime sales of Call of Duty 4:Modern Warfare.

X360 has a lot of exclusive and big multi-platform games. 2010 will see more price cuts which should put the 360 back in front of the PS3 in weekly sales. It is highly likely 2009 is a reversal of 2008. 2010 should again be X360's year with a long list of games including: Alan Wake, FFXIII, Halo:Reach, Mass effect 2, Bioshock 2, Crackdown 2 and Fable 3, possibly Gears of War 3. Natal should be interesting concept that debuts on the 360 late 2010.

PS3 is unlikely to have another price cut in 2010, PS3 Slim launch cost Sony over $150 million in marketing and advertising the PS3 Slim. Not including the losses of selling the 500k systems cost Sony for the PS3 Slim's first sales week.
