So that leaves 5million in total for Oct, Jan, Feb and March

Thats 288k a week on average in some of the quietest months of the year.

Looks to me the slowest months are Q1. Sony already shipped 1.1 million durning the slowest months. They already sold 1.2 million with 3 weeks left this quarter.

Oh you might be wrong with your estimation... GoW III and the upcoming BR Bundle of GoW I & II got a lot of attention during the last days. And everyone knows GoW are killer games which promise hours of fun.

Guess it will be a system seller - GoW 1 sold PS2 2 me... Before this time I sticked to Ninty only - which is over since this generation really started!

I'm not saying god of war 3 isn't big ot not fun, but I don't think it will be a big system seller that people will hope for. 


God of War wasn't a system seller because it was made long time after Ps2 had a great library... Let's not write this one off as not a system seller just yet.

Depends how much they've ship this quarter... I assume they've had to ship about 1 million slims already. Doubt they shipped many fats.
