I really enjoyed this game when I played it years ago and I even got attached to a few of the game's characters. It was real good stuff.

So just give it a few more hours. By then you should know if it is good enough for you to stick with it for the long haul.

Now, if you can keep on playing after that, it shows that you either like the game, or can't tolerate not finishing it.

If he doesn't finish it I think there is a game on the PS2 that begins with Suikoden and ends with V that he should play.

Or one that begins with Persona and ends in 4. That one is good too.

Or begins with "M" and ends with "ajora's Mask".

I'll probably try to finish this, still.

I also hear a game that begins with "O" and ends with "carina of Time" is a pretty good game. Maybe you should try playing that instead!

My wife only saw the scene where they were talking on a boat!

@Garamond: Already beat that playing together with the wife about a week ago, Majora's Mask is now on the plate.

I consider hyperbole different from exaggeration.

It was awful. Sophomoric at its best. Mind-numbing. Embarrassing. I hated it.

Incidentally, it's not any better in Japanese.
