Yeah 360 does have the best rpg's than any other system. I can't wait for next year strong line up.

I seriously hope you're joking

If he means JRPG lineup he is right and you can't deny it (PC literally doesn't get any JRPG's) but PC has very great WRPG lineup. Even better than X360.

What great WRPG lineup does the PC have then? It gets almost everything the 360 has but the same can be said the other way around. It just doesn't have Fable 2 and 3 but I can't think of any PC exclusive musthave WRPG because if they are that big then the devs probably got the greenlight for a 360 version aswell. Unless your counting MMORPG but imo that is a different genre because it targets a different kind of gamer.

Actually the PS3 will have easily surpassed the 360 in the JRPG catergory by mid 2010. Valkyria Chronicles, Disgaea 3, Demon Souls already match the 360's JRPG line up in the west. Add to that, The Last Rebellion, White Knight Chronicles, Trinity Universe and Tales of Vesperia and the 360 is left in the dust. The only notable 360 JRPG exclusive will be LO.

360 is best for the WRPG fans (ignoring PC).

MMORPG is not a different genre... it's a sub-genre of the RPG genre.

And you got to be kidding if you actually think Xbox 360 has a WRPG lineup anywhere near as good as PC has in 2010. Diablo III and Guild Wars 2, to Mount & Blade's expansion, and Drakensang: The River of Time...

Xbox 360 only has Fable 3, which is instantly crushed by Diablo 3 and Guild Wars 2.

Most of the JRPG's announced for HD systems have been or will be on the Xbox 360. Certainly it has EASILY all the best titles from that genre.

White Knight Chronicles didn't end up being nearly what we'd hoped it would be. The only exception to this rule at this point is Versus likely remaining exclusive.

But even then the main game is on the Xbox 360.

Oooh, I didn't know you'd been anticipating it, how funny. Still, even stranger that you've passed judgement on it without having played it!

And the other "exceptions" you're missing are Demon's Souls and Valkyria Chronicles, which are both lingering a shade below 90 on Metacritic.

I wasn't aware you'd played Demon's Souls either.

Don't stress about it.  Wholikeswood tends to follow me from thread to thread making sarcastic/snide comments on a semi-regular basis.  Normally they are a bit ill-informed so it's nothing to really worry over.

FFXIII, Mass Effect, Fable III and Resonance are looking promising. 360 has this RPG shit on lock right now seriously.

Looking forward to Mass Effect 2. Maybe Magna Carta 2 also. The multiplat ones I'll probably get for the PS3.

PC wins in single player RPG line up.

You got to admit that isn't a lot more then the 360 so I'll say they are very close together and it just depends on which exclusives you prefer. I liked the first Guildwars but the second one will be a lot more MMO then the first and on top of that it feels more like a asian RPG then a WRPG in both gameplay and style. Diablo 3 I couldn't care less for but it is vallidfor now atleast because I have a feeling that a 360 and PS3 version will come out after the PC version. But Mount & Blade is the only WRPG you mentioned that I care for on the PC, luckily I could play the original on an old PC so it doesn't require a gaming PC so anyone with a console can play it on their regular computer.

If the Xbox 360 and PS3 were people in the desert and JRPG games were bottles of water (quality games being bigger bottles), they would be both equally dead from dehydration.

Tease.
