That train shooting reminds me of Syphon filter.

The gameplay looks AMAZING but that levels graphics didn't impress me as much as the last video at E3, pausing the video shows some dodgy textures on the train and boxes as you go past them,
All runs smooth though and certainly lots of action!

How can you judge the quality of the textures with the poor quality of the video?

A trained eye can detect differences in texture quality and detail even if the video medium is bad.

It's true. I can't explain it properly, but it has to do with the dynamics of pictures in motion. The sum tells a lot more than the individual parts.
