People keep saying that the wii is always overtracked, but based on this thread I don't see that. I seems to be the most undertracked, unless I'm making some kind of mistake.

You are not making a mistake.

But I'll have to make a disclaimer by saying that this thread only covers the last 12 weeks. So it's not really safe to say that it's undertracked in general yet.

I feel your pain on this killer.... I have to revisit my gap chart data every time there is an adjustment.... which means correcting discreet data for each month adjusted. Horrendous.

That last Wii adjustment went back over a year!

Ouch. That can not be fun. Which is why I opted out of using weekly figures to keep track of adjustments. That would have been HORRIBLE unless I had access to the full spreadsheet Ioi uses. The chart tools on this site are good, but not powerful enough to do something like that.

I've said it before, awesome thread :) VGchartz seems to be doing rather good. Hopefully, they can use this data to better predict future sales as well.

Is there also a place where the original weekly numbers are immortalized? 'Cause I don't know what I'd do with them but I like the idea of keeping them around.

I do have the original weekly numbers, for the 12 last weeks anyway. If you want I could email the spreadsheet. Don't think it would be all that interesting to actually put them up on the forum though.
