I just watched this video and at 4:23 you can see on the background a "Subaru rally team USA" part, is it a hint or just some coincidence???

Gotta love people who pull random facts out of their ass.

No Forza Motorsportn 3 won't have rally, not even un-licensed rally.

The garage area the video is shot at is not the Turn 10 Studios.

Just because there is a Subaru Rally Car Pannel on the wall in a Forza Motorsport 3 vidoc doesn't mean that Rally will be in the game.

they dont have rally because they said so. they will have some rally cars but not proper rally races.

...not much time to post anymore, used to be awesome on here really good fond memories from VGchartz...
