I would say we shouldn't get too negative on this poster (Provided this isn't stealth trolling), lots and lots of people have posted bitching about RROD, and we're all like "Yeah, it sucks, sorry to hear it". The PS3 is really high quality, but some are going to fail, and it's going to piss a few people off, and those people have the same right to bitch as a RROD victim (of which I am not one. . . yet **knocks on wood**).

you did not buy the PS3, you don't think its a good console, it doesn't have any good games for you, why not just give up, stop paying for things you hate.

It was not free per se it was part of a deal. Like he said over the 2 years of his broadband contract he will have paid. He no doubt could of gone to another provider paid less and purchased the PS3.

Now my mate has a free PS3 as it was given to his father in law when he purchased a TV, now that is free. Unless you count all the Beer he has to pay his father in law.
