Forums - Microsoft - The one 360 game

Upcoming for me would be Alan Wake, SC Conviction and Mass Effect 2 games I have already picked up but drooled over before they were out...Fallout 3, Mass Effect, Bioshock, Lost Odyssey.

The most hyped up game ever for me was Halo 3 and after getting a chance to play it, I bought a 360 just for it. But others I want is Assassins Creed II, MW2, Forza 3, ODST

Above I'm a proud Gran Turismo fan, not a Sony fanboy, and now a proud 360 owner, but sharing xbox live accts ATM

End of 2009 Predictions (made Jan 1, 2009): My predictions were pretty accurate, the 360 was over and the Wii was just under.

Wii: 65 mil (yea I'm crazy) 360: 35 mil (its getting there) PS3: 30 mil (the slim better do well)

End of 2010 Predictions (made Jan 7, 2010):

Wii: 81 mil  360: 47 mil PS3: 45 mil

Guys, what is the one xbox 360 game that makes you "Wow, I so need that game"

To many to choose... but I go for ODST.

It is always such an event to have a new Halo games on XBL.

Evan Wells (Uncharted 2): I think the differences that you see between any two games has much more to do with the developer than whether it’s on the Xbox or PS3.

I was thinking of getting ODST, but idk im probably going to let the reviews roll in and maybe a rent to see if it is worth the 60 bucks, and I looked up Alan Wake, and that game certainly looks..interesting.

Wise move if you are not a HALO fan.

But I don't understand that 60-thing...I got a pre-order (with Sgt Johnson code card) for 49 €.

My stance on Alan Wake is that it better be amazing, considering the game was expected to be out in what 2006? I do trust Remedy though.

themanwithnoname's law: As an America's sales or NPD thread grows longer, the probabilty of the comment "America = World" [sarcasticly] being made approaches 1.

For me it wouldn't matter about exclusivity,

I'd buy a 360 just for Modern Warfare 2

I jumped in at release-date, because I knew Halo 3 and Fable II would be on this system. But the biggest hype of all the games at launch, I was hyped for Perfect Dark Zero and Kameo.

Well the upcoming games is hard to tell, I mean Alan Wake looks awesome. Fable III will be great for sure, it is made by Lionhead. Splinter Cell Conviction, Lost Planet 2 and Left 4 Dead 2 are other games I am waiting for.

Imagine not having GamePass on your console...

I jumped in early in 2006 (the store demo display of Fight Night was the game that baited me into buying the 360). Gears of War 1 was the first game on the system that made me completely forget about any thoughts of picking up a PS3 even though at the time I was a major PS fan (well over 50 games on my PS2). Most of the good games this generation are multiplatform. My favorite game this generation though has been Bioshock. Gears 1 & 2 are a close second. I didn't care for the Halo series last generation, I guess I just couldn't appreciate it as a PS fan, I went ahead and picked up Halo 3 and the franchise really is brilliant.

All the upcoming games above (MW 2, Ass Creed 2, ODST, Bioshock 2, Alan Wake, etc...) are on my list, but I didn't see any mention of Dante's Inferno or Castlevania.

Funny, same story for me.

When I saw Gears of War, for the time, on an HD TV, with Home theatre (at a friend's place), my Anti-XBOX fanboyism was smashed to pieces...
