I find it strange that 1up would say this was the first showing of the game running on Ps3...wierd...

Dammit..I never wanted to see the day you made a Fail post...Jerry....Platnium Games made DMC....when they were with Capcom...Well the people behind DMC from Platnium games..Not sure which came first..point is, most of the original DMC team is P* games

Valkyria Chronicles is another game worth noting, along with the Condemned series...

I never played Valkyria Chronicles nor do I have any interest in it. But I'll pretend its good anyway based on most reviews.

Condemned 1 and 2 were fantastic. You wanna know why? They weren't developed by Sega!

YES! At one point in time they were my favorite. I love their classic arcade games, I used to own a Genesis, Saturn, Game Gear, and I still have three working Dreamcast consoles.

When they went 3rd party the quality of their games weren't terrible but began to decline as time went on. Now a majority of them are just terrible. A solid title slips through the cracks on occasion, but they got to get their shit together. Some of my all time favorite IPs are becoming next gen shovelware.

For the record, I'm really looking forward to Phantasy Star Zero.

Seinfeld your off about Sega. I used to think the same way until a poster on another forum pointed this out me. Sonic Teams quality has gone to hell, not Sega on the whole. AM2 (Virtua Fighter 5), Amusement Vision (Yakuza series), Overworks (Valkyria Chronicles) are still making the same quality games they were during the DC era. It's just that Sonic Team pumps out multiple low grade titles a year and makes it seem like Sega on the whole has poorer software quality.

im pritty sure they both look the same and it was just a fk up at the event or just lies by a 360 fan...who knows

WoW.....hope the final build of ps3 version isn't screwed I mean cmon most of Multiplat game now a days looks identical It would be nice if it continues.

Like I said, on occasion a good game gets through. But VF5 wasn't anything fresh. Yakuza sucks compared to Shenmue. I haven't played nor do I have any interest for Valkyria Chronicles. Newest releases of their classic IPs have been mediocre or garbage. Sega just isn't doing anything innovative anymore.
