The coupon is not working for me. No discount after entering coupon.

Sounds just like a way to get people to visit their site. Any lost profit is the same as spending money on advertising.
I chatted with their people and they say the coupon is for 'select electronics' which means they can exclude anything they want from the discount. It's too bad the bing double days are over, I should have bought it then.

I talked to the rep. They said they couldn't apply the coupon either. Somebody blocked it in the their system.

They're propably hoping for the buyers to actively buy something else later on recovering the losses and this will also give good PR for Dell.
If the offer is limited then this is the case otherwise it would be a stupid move from Dell.
