I would hope a lot of people on this site won't buy it. You know the people who always say, "Will not pay for play." Let's see them stick to their words.

Will still buy it, I don't see anything wrong with paying a few bucks a month. Lol @ people saying they won't buy now because you have to pay a subscription. Was it not expected? Really, go play Runescape if you wanted it that way.

If it takes like 2.99 from my PS3 wallet per month, then I'm fine with that. But as of now...

try $13-15 at least. and never mind PSN or XBL accounts they are going to want

UO EQ EQ2 -- well anything SOE, Wow ect ect all have monthly subs its just a fact of life if you want to play a real MMO.

You can Pay to Play. or Play for free ... till level 30 then it costs $X.99 to get to level xx or just have a lame game where people can log in for free but pay for in game money items content ect ect.. a monthly subscription is a much better idea

I'm sorry but if WoW makes every other MMORPG looks like a failure, then Nintendogs makes every other game that sells under 15 million a failure. WoW is a one off. As long as you're bringing in a nice profit your game is a success. WoW is just a monster, can't really compare any other MMOs with it.
FFXI still has one of the highest player base for a MMO, its not a flop.
