Oot only got such high scores cause it was groundbreaking. SMG got them because of innovative graviity gameplay. It's not going to happen, my friend. I think zelda will get around 95% and Galaxy 2 will get 90%.
I blame Wii Fit...+!!!

I think the GTA4 fiasco made everyone realize the scores were inflated and back off. Also there is the site hits you can get by panning a hyped game. So realistically there is no chance of a 100% from EVERY review site.
If either game was totally perfect (and worthy of a perfect score from everyone) it would have to provide gaming bliss and take care of your human needs while you play 24/7 52 weeks per year 100 years per century as you will be unable to put it down and it will have infinite replayability. You might have to buy the Wii Eat and Wii Potty attachments for that.

Yeah, the infamous "Twilight Princess is better on the Wii, but I'm giving the GC version a higher score" review is one.
A flashy-first game is awesome when it comes out. A great-first game is awesome forever.
Plus, just for the hell of it: Kelly Brook at the 2008 BAFTAs
It might get 100% from a reviewer or two.
But no game is going to get 100% from all because not everyone has the same tastes or looks for the same thing in a game.
Also, being a sequel and being a Wii game (yes, I said it, I feel there is much more bias against the Wii since SMG) make it impossible or more.

I am Mario.I like to jump around, and would lead a fairly serene and aimless existence if it weren't for my friends always getting into trouble. I love to help out, even when it puts me at risk. I seem to make friends with people who just can't stay out of trouble. Wii Friend Code: 1624 6601 1126 1492 NNID: Mike_INTV |
I agree that the bias against Wii that seems to have reared it's ugly head in 'professional' gaming journalism could bring down the averages for both games.
Given how highly regarded Galaxy was, and how highly regarded Zelda still is, I'd say 92-96 for Galaxy 2, and 94-99 for Zelda.
Maybe if it were released for 360 or PS3. However, most sites will dock points just because the graphics aren't in HD, so no.
SMG was rated in a happier time, when the hardcore weren't afraid of the Wii taking over gaming, they actually thought that they should encourage its "novelty" innovation.
Now it wouldn't even reach 90%.

I say around 95 is in the bag for both like 94 or 96...But I think Zelda can go up to 98...

Zelda? Yes. With motion plus it can bring something new to the table.
Galaxy 2? Nope.
