Whoa, Whoa, Whoa! Are we gonna pretend Bon Jovi doesn't have an incredible library of hits?

Anyone heard of little tune called Runaway?

I'm sorry, I don't think anyone outside of America actually ever liked Bon Jovi xD

Acording to Wikipedia...

"Throughout their career, the band has released ten studio albums, two compilation albums and one live album; and have sold over 120 million albums worldwide.[3] They have performed more than 2,600 concerts in over 50 countries for more than 34 million fans.[4] In 2006 Bon Jovi were inducted into the UK Music Hall of Fame,[5] and in 2004 they were ranked number 14 in Q magazine's 50 Greatest Bands of All Time.[6] The band was also honored with the Award Of Merit at the American Music Awards in 2004.[7]"

I don't know why I'm defending them though. I don't care for them.

Yea, Bon Jovi has a few good songs, but openly admitting that Britney Spears and David Hasselhoff top your 4 favourite music group list, just immediately nulls any opinion you have on any other group or musician.

OT: Sucks to hear, I would probably never see them if they came to my town and don't look for any of their new music, but it's brutal for the fans.

Bon Jovi sucks more... but at least he was original.

Wikipedia is 40% bias, 30% opinion, 20% real facts and 10% bullshit. I hate referencing it lol.

Anyway, I think Bon Jovi has the same kind of appeal as Aerosmith in Britain, sure they can sell out stadiums, but people go to say "Yeah I've seen Bon Jovi" as opposed to actually liking them.

Bon Jovi are dam fine, nothing wrong with them. Britney Spears and David Hasselhoff are also amazing. Just because you don't like them doesn't mean they are bad. Anyway - I never said Oasis was bad nor did I say that Noel is untalented, I just said that he was bad rubbish - simply because he act's like such a beast. I actually happen to like Oasis and think they are better off without Noel.

@tombi123 - you're half-right there. They are popular outisde USA but no-where near as popular as in USA.

@highwaystar101 - leave Wikipedia alone, it is a valid source of infomation and the part quoted and used in this thread is accurate.

@kowenicki - yeah they top my list, so what? Music taste is just personal opinion. Your musical tastes are not better than mine nor are mine better than yours.

Will Oasis continue without Noel? Would Liam be able to pull off a good solo carer? Who know's.

Noel easily will pull off a solo career..

Oasis without Noel.... fucked.

yeah, Liam has great vocals, but his songwritting is mixed at best, he stuggled to write 5 songs for the new album, only 3 of which are any good, Oasis with no Noel wont work at all, songs wont be as good, either lyrically or the guitar, Noel should go solo, i reckon he would do great, by the way, anyone else have Noel's Live Album, The Dreams We Have As Children? imo its top notch stuff, reccomended to any fans.
